试论网络环境下的非言语沟通

On Nonverbal Communication in Computer-mediated Communication Environment

网络沟通包括言语沟通和非言语沟通两种,本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,拟对网络环境下的非言语沟通的分类、功能、特点及其与面对面非言语沟通的异同进行探讨和研究。本文研究的目的在于帮助人们更好地理解网络环境下的非言语沟通,促进网络沟通的发展。

CMC （Computer-mediated Communication） includes verbal communication and nonverbal communication. This paper studies the classification, function, characteristics of nonverbal communication in the CMC environment. And it also studies the similarities and differences between nonverbal communication in CMC and nonverbal communication in FTF （Face-to-Face Communication）. The aim of the paper is to enhance people＇ s understanding of nonverbal communication in the CMC environment, and to promote the development of Computer-mediated communication.
