摘要
采用线性相关分析西门塔尔牛冻精谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)的活性与精子活率和顶体完整率的相关性。结果表明:谷丙转氨酶的活性与精子活率呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与顶体完整率呈显著负相关(P<0.05);谷草转氨酶的活性与精子活率呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与顶体完整率呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。
Linear correlation analysis were conducted between the activity of glutamicpyruvic transaminase(GPT)and glutamicoxaloacetic transaminase(GOT)and sperm motility,acrosome intact rate in frozen semen of Simmental.The results showed that there was a negative correlation between the activity of GPT and sperm molitity (P<0.01)and acrosome intact rate(P<0.05),and between the activity of GOT and sperm motility(P<0.05)and acrosome intact rate(P<0.01)
