摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法对青海省天峻县８８头牦牛的血清运铁蛋白进行了分型。结果发现：被检牦牛的ＴＦ位点为单一的ＴＦＤＤ型，ＴＦＤ等位基因频率等于１．０００。
Serum transferrin of 88 Tianjun yaks in Qinghai Province were typed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in vertical glass plate.There was a single TF DD type and the frequence of TFD allele was 1.000 on the locus of transferrin in the examined yaks.
