摘要
目的:了解安宁市村级卫生人力资源配置现状。方法:采取整群抽样,对安宁市村级卫生服务提供者进行调查。结果:安宁市村级卫生服务队伍的素质结构尚不合理,无技术职称人员占69.75%,中专以下学历者占61.35%。结论:为了适应新农合的发展,安宁市的村级卫生服务队伍需进一步调整和完善。
Objective： To understand present situation of village level health personnel in Anning city. Methods： To applied cluster sampling method interview all the village health workers. Results： The structure of village health personnel were irrationality, the unqualified health personnel include 69.75% , and 61.35% health personnel were vocational level training background. Conclusion： It is necessary to strengthening regulation and improvinglevel of village health personnel.
