Strategic Choice between the Economic Law of Non-equilibrium and the Construction of a Harmonious Society

文章应用非均衡经济理论,研究了经济发展过程中的非均衡现象,总结概括了经济非均衡发展规律的内涵,并对我国经济非均衡发展的客观性和存在的问题进行了总结。在此基础上,提出了促进经济均衡发展,构建社会主义和谐社会的政策建议。

This paper applies the economic theory of non-equilibrium to the non-equilibrium phenomena in economic development. In the study, the properties and the patterns of non-equilibrium development are summarized. The paper also investigates the current problems in the non-equilibrium of economic development in China. Based on this study, several countermeasures are presented for promoting balanced economic growth and for establishing a harmonious socialist society.
