家族企业继承过程中的领导者性格和企业文化 被引量:1

摘要 家族企业面临的最大挑战就是继承问题,即CEO或者是最高领导的更换。家族企业继承的有效性直接影响着家族企业的生存和发展。以往对于家族企业继承的研究对于领导者性格以及企业文化都有一定的关注,但却没有将两者放到一个模型中进行研究。本文首先回顾了荣格的性格类型理论以及戴尔的组织文化类型理论;然后提出了探索世袭式家族企业继承过程中组织文化,领导者性格与继承成功性的理论框架。通过运用戴尔的家族企业文化框架理论和荣格的性格类型理论,对本文提出的理论框架进行了实证检验。本研究发现存在某种与家族企业成功继承相关的领导者性格和组织文化结构要素。
