摘要
根据查新报告审核中发现的一些实际问题,探讨了查新报告审核中应把握的一些关键点,并提出一个合格查新报告审核员必备的条件。
Certain key points in verifying literature evaluation reports for application of scientific achievements were expounded. The prerequisites for a qualified verifier of such reports were proposed.
