摘要
我国是一个农业大国,伴随着市场经济的发展深入,我国农业加快了企业发展的步伐。进入21世纪,企业正向着改变管理理念、调整组织结构,以客户为中心,提升客户价值,获取长期利润的方向发展。我国农业企业也应当遵循现代经济发展的要求,适时调整发展战略,以期在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存与发展。为此,企业应以顾客为中心,建立客户关系管理系统,处理好农业企业与顾客的长期关系,做好客户关系维护工作,最终达到双赢目的。
China is a large agricultural country. With the development of market economy, our agricultural enterprises sped up the step of development. In the 21 st century, business is going to be changing management concept, organizational structure adjustment ; customer -focused ; improving customer value; obtaining the long - term profits. China's agricultural enterprises should also abide by the requirements of modern economic development, and appropriately adjust development strategies with a view to survive and develop in the competitive market. For this reason, enterprises should be customer - centric, establish customer relationship management system, properly handle the long - term relation between agricultural enterprises and customer, maintain good customer relations and, ultimately, achieve a win -win purpose.
