摘要
对栽培稻02428与药用野生稻的原生质体融合再生植株pf9252、pf9279、pf92100进行酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶鉴定。其中pf9252和pf9279的同工酶具有双亲的条带,表现出明显的杂合性,pf9279还出现新的酶带,表明它们的确是体细胞杂种,而且它们当中包含的药用野生稻的基因各不相同。而pf92100的酶谱与药用野生稻的酶谱基本相同。
Plants from protoplast fusion between cultivarOryza sativa (02428) and Oryza officialis, pf9252, pf9279, pf92100 were identified with POX (peroxidase) and EST (esterase) isozyme It was confirmed that pf9252 and pf9279 were true somatic hybrids because the isozyme patterns in pf9252 and pf9279 contained the bands which occur in both parent and there was a novel heterodimer in pf9279 It was verified that the genome of somatic hybrids contained section genome of both parent The isozyme patterns in pf92100 were similar that of Oryza officialis It cannot be confirmed that pf92100 was a true somatic hybrid
