栽培稻与野生稻体细胞杂种的同工酶鉴定

摘要 对栽培稻02428与药用野生稻的原生质体融合再生植株pf9252、pf9279、pf92100进行酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶鉴定。其中pf9252和pf9279的同工酶具有双亲的条带,表现出明显的杂合性,pf9279还出现新的酶带,表明它们的确是体细胞杂种,而且它们当中包含的药用野生稻的基因各不相同。而pf92100的酶谱与药用野生稻的酶谱基本相同。 Plants from protoplast fusion between cultivarOryza sativa (02428) and Oryza officialis, pf9252, pf9279, pf92100 were identified with POX (peroxidase) and EST (esterase) isozyme It was confirmed that pf9252 and pf9279 were true somatic hybrids because the isozyme patterns in pf9252 and pf9279 contained the bands which occur in both parent and there was a novel heterodimer in pf9279 It was verified that the genome of somatic hybrids contained section genome of both parent The isozyme patterns in pf92100 were similar that of Oryza officialis It cannot be confirmed that pf92100 was a true somatic hybrid
