Master Chuandao's Thought and Practice of Earthly Buddhism

由太虚法师首倡的人间佛教思想,作为20世纪中国佛教界智慧的结晶,经过多年的发展与弘扬,业已成为当代佛教思潮的主流思想。而在当代台湾弘扬与实践人间佛教思想的重要人物中,传道法师因其突出贡献而广受各界关注。文章旨在对传道法师的人间佛教思想与实践进行简要评述。

As a crystallization of Chinese Buddhism field in the 20th century, the Earthly Buddhism Thought initiated by Master Taixu has already become the mainstream of contemporary Buddhism thoughts after many years＇effort to develop and enhance it. Among the most important masters who have done this in Taiwan, Master Chuandao is a focus of attention because of his standout contribution. This article aims at making a brief commentary of Master Chuandao＇s thought and practice of earthly Buddhism.
