摘要
以大白鼠为对象,应用放射免疫检测法测定了经腹腔注射、灌胃及尾静脉注射3种不同方式给予大鼠低剂量氯化镨0.05mg/kg后,血清中生长激素、甲状腺素T3、T4及胰岛素水平。结果显示:实验组血清中生长激素及胰岛素水平均明显增高,甲状腺素T3、T4仅腹腔注射组增高,其余两组无明显变化;尾静脉注射组同时给予剂量为0.025mg/kg的氯化镨后,血清中仅胰岛素水平增高,其余3种激素无明显变化。
This articls reported that the low doses of praseodymium chloride were given to therats by means of intraperitoneal injection,stomach perfusion and tailintravenous injection. The levelsof serum growth hormone,thyroxine T3,T4 and insulin were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results demonstrated that the low dose of praseodymium chloride (0. 05 mg/kg ×12) induced a singnificant elevation of serum growth hormone, thyroxine T3, T4 and insulin. Howerer, the results alsodemonstrated the lower doses of praseodymiun chloride (0. 025 mg/kg ×12) induced a singnificant elevation of Insulin. The thyroxine T3,T4 and growth hormone showed no changes by means of tailintravenous injection.
