摘要
观察了刺人参皂甙（CRS）静脉注射对大鼠血压等的作用。CRS（10mg／kg）静脉注射可使大鼠平均动脉压（MAP）下降，而CRS（30mg／kg、100mg／kg），则可引起大鼠MAP明显升高（P＜0．05），此作用可被妥拉苏林对抗。同时测定血浆单胶类物质浓度的结果表明，给予CRS（30mg／kg）后，大鼠血浆中去甲肾上腺素（NA）含量明显升高，并有显著的统计学意义。
The effect on blood pressure of intravenous injection of CRS in rats was observed. TheMAP dropped slightly after injection of CRS (10 mg/kg). But the MAP increased signlficantly afterinjection of CRS (30 mg/kg、100 mg/kg,P<0. 05). The effect of elevating blood pressure was antagonized by tolazoline and was not antagonized by propranolol. The plasma monoamine concentrationwas measured. The result showed that the plasma NA concentration of injecting CRS group was higher than that of control group (P<0. 01).
