应用气相色谱法鉴定脆弱类杆菌的实验研究

Experimental studies on identification of bacteroids fragilis by gas chromatography

使用气相色谱技术分析了类杆菌属中脆弱类杆菌的代谢产物，发现脆弱类杆菌产生乙酸、丙酸、异丁酸，异戊酸和琥珀酸。与常规培养法比较，气相色谱技术具有速度快、精确度高、标本用量少等特点。

Metabolic products produced by anaerobic bacteria from infectious isolates were analyzed by gas chromatography. It was found that B. fragilis group produced acetic,propionic,isobutyric,isovaleric and succinic acids. In contrast with conventional methods,gas chromatography technique exhibits its great speed, higher accuracy and less quantity of samples.
