摘要
采用固相萃取方法分析比较不同产地苹果中DOP的含量,分析结果表明,苹果中的DOP回收率达85%,最低检测限0.02μg/g,在液相条件下DOP出峰达到基线分离。不同产地的苹果中DOP含量存在明显的差异,其中山东烟台富士苹果中DOP含量最高(0.48μg/g),陕西洛川富士苹果中未检测出DOP。
In this article, the content of Dioctyl phthalate (DOP) in apples from different producing areas was determined by HPLC with solid-phase-extraction. The result showed that the recovery of DOP extracted from apple by solid phase method reached to 85%, the lowest detection concentration reached to 0.02 μg/g. DOP peak was baseline resolution. From which could find out that the contents of DOP were different greatly. The content of DOP in apples from Shandong was 0.48 μg/g and was higher than the other. Such huge difference could be associated with local environmental pollution by plastic industry and the use of different amount of PVC film and pesticides in these places.
