摘要
实验分别在静、动磁场条件下,探索了磁场对茯苓深层培养过程中菌丝生长的影响,并测定了其不同生长时间下的菌丝体生物量。结果表明,0.3毫高斯的弱磁场对茯苓深层培养菌丝体的生长量有促进作用,静磁场的作用效果较动磁场的更为明显。
The mycelium biomass of Poria cocos was determined and compared in normal conditions of both rotating and static magnetic fields under submerged culture in this study. The results showed that the Poria cocos hypha growth is promoted by the 0.3 milli Gauss magnetic field, and the effects of the static magnetic field are more evident than the rotating one.
