摘要
目的:探讨儿童亚急性坏死性淋巴结炎(SNL)临床特征及诊治结果。方法:对8例SNL患儿进行回顾分析。结果:8例儿童SNL临床表现均有淋巴结肿大,发热和白细胞减少为主要临床表现,8例中曾有4例误诊,误诊率50.0%,需与淋巴结结核、恶性淋巴瘤、传染性单核细胞增多症等鉴别。结论:激素治疗有效,预后良好。
Objective To study the clinical characteristics and curative effects of 8 patients with necrotizing hyperplastic lymphadenopathy. Method The clinical data of 8 patients admitted from 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 8 patients with this disease may have enlargement of the lymphade nodes. All patients demonstrated the typical pathologic features of necrotizing hyperplastic lymphadenopathy. The rate of clinical misdiagnosis in this group was 50%,because it was difficult to differentiate from tuberculosis, infections mononucleos＇s and lymphoma. Hormone treatment was effective.
