内镜下上消化道息肉高频电凝切术120例临床分析

Endoscopic HF electrocoagulation cut Clinical analysis of 120 cases with upper gastrointestinal polyps

目的:评价内镜下治疗上消化道息肉的疗效及安全性。120例息肉根据其大小、部位及分型,采用不同的内镜下治疗方法,术后定期随访,观察是否复发或癌变。结果:内镜下治疗120例上消化道息肉,均全部切除,未发生严重并发症。随访1￣6个月,均未复发。结论:内镜下治疗上消化道息肉安全、创伤小、疗效满意。

Objective To evaluate efficacy and safety of the endoscopic in treatment of gastrointestinal polyps. 120 cases of polyps were conducted with different endoscopic treatment in accordance with its size, location and type, postoperative follow-up were done regularly to observe the recurrence of the cancer. Results 120 patients with endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal polyps were all removed with no serious complications. An one to six months＇ follow-up survey saw no recurrence. Conclusions Endoscopic treatment of gastrointestinal polyps shows safe, mini-traumal, satisfactory outcome.
