显微输卵管吻合术108例分析

Analysis of 108 cases of fallopian tube anastomosis with Microsurgery Technique

目的:探讨提高输卵管吻合复通率的可行方法。方法:采用显微外科技术对108例患者施行输卵管吻合术,并随访观察1年。结果:108例施行输卵管显微吻合术后,通畅率达100%,子宫内妊娠105例(97.2%)。结论:使用显微外科技术,提高了手术精度;另外,输卵管吻合前加压通水及术后早期通水,对吻合术复通成功率有明显的提高。

Objective to explore the feasible method to improve the repatency rate of fallopian tube anastomosis. Method： 108 eases of fallopian tube anastomosis with Microsurgery Technique were done with 1 year follow-up survey. Conclusion the repatency rate arrives 100% and the intrauterine pregnancy 97.2%（105 cases）. Conclusion the application of microsurgery technique improves the surgical precision, Moreover, the pressure and open water skill before the fallopian tube anastomosis and the early open water skill after surgery is important to improve the repatency rate of anastomosis.
