“8”字缝合对脂肪化切口愈合影响的临床分析

The clinical research on the Vertical 8-character-pattern suturing's influence on the recovery of fat liquefaction

目的:探讨立"8"字缝合在脂肪液化切口愈合过程中的优势。方法:通过回顾性分析,比较17例非立"8"字缝合妇产科腹部术后切口皮下脂肪液化愈合情况,与8例立"8"字缝合术后切口皮下脂肪液化愈合情况。结果:17例非立"8"字缝合切口15例延期愈合,9例二次缝合,2例一期愈合;8例立"8"缝合切口7例一期愈合,1例二次缝合。结论:立"8"字缝合在脂肪液化切口的愈合的过程中是有优势的。

To explore the advantages of vertical 8-character-pattern suturing in the course ot recovery of tat liquefaction. Method 17 cases of recovery of fat liquefaction of patients who underwent obstetric Operations with non- vertical 8-character-pattern suturing and 8 cases with vertical 8-character-pattern suturing were analyzed retrospectively. Result Out of the former 17 cases, 15 cases underwent healing delayed, 9 sutured twice and 2 healed well. Out of the latter 8 cases, cases healed well and 1 sutured twice. Conclusion The vertical 8-character-pattern suturing is more advantageous in the course of recovery of fat liquefaction.
