溃疡性结肠炎药物保留灌肠的护理

Nursing care of drug retention enema in treatment of ulcerative colitis

目的:增强药物保留灌肠法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效,提高治愈率。方法:对33例确诊为溃疡性结肠炎患者在支持治疗的同时均给予药物保留灌肠。结果:33例患者中21例治愈,10例好转,2例无效。其中好转类有2例分别在6个月和14个月后复发再次住院治疗。结论:药物保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎,药液直接作用于病变局部,提高药物生物利用度,保留时间长,利于被充分吸收,增强疗效。

Objective To enhance the efficacy of drug retention enema for ulcerative colitis to improve cure ratio. Methods 33 patients with as ulcerative colitis received both supporting treatment and retention enema. Results 21 cases of 33 patients were cured, 10 cases were improved, 2 cases were invalid. Two cases of improved patients received another hospitalization for recurrence after 6 months and 14 months. Conclusion Drug retention enema for ulcerative colitis, medicine can have an direct effect on the lesions and improve drug bioavailability, retained a long time to be fully absorbed and direct enhanced efficacy.
