"四个尊重"是指尊重劳动、尊重知识、尊重人才、尊重创造。尊重劳动是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础,尊重知识是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要条件,尊重人才是构建社会主义和谐社会的坚强保证,尊重创造是构建社会主义和谐社会的关键性因素。
＂Four respects＂ are respectively as respect labor, respect knowledge, respect talent and respect innovation. Respect labor is the foundation of building socialistic harmonious society, respect knowledge is the momentous condition of constructing socialistic harmonious, respect talent is the strong guarantee of erecting socialistic harmonious society, and respect innovation is the core factor of setting socialistic harmonious society.
