摘要
Field release of transgenic organisms have been increasing rapidly during the recent decade, both in the number of species, scale of release and the geographic distribution. China is becoming one of the most important country in developing and field release of transgenic organisms, however,risk assessment research and long term monitoring is lacking behind. The results of scientific research on the ecological risks assessment of transgenic organisms are reviewed and its implication for policy making is discussed.
