摘要
本文应用等温滴定微量热法研究了4种黄酮类化合物(山奈酚,槲皮素,桑色素,杨梅黄酮)分别与小牛胸腺DNA之间的相互作用,测定了反应的热力学函数,研究表明黄酮类化合物的平面结构使得其B环穿透DNA螺旋结构,嵌入相邻碱基之间,具有B环邻二羟基结构的黄酮类化合物与DNA分子形成氢键。
Through Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC), we obtain the combining data and interaction's thermodynamic data by the interaction of calf thymus DNA with 4 flavonoids( kaempferol, quercetin, morin, myricetin ). After analyzing the data we discover that the planarity of flavonoids allows it to penetrate the DNA helix and to arrange its planar structure more or less parallel to the adjacent planes of the nitrogenous bases.
