多子芋3个品种群球茎质量和数量的差异显著性及变异性比较 被引量:4

Comparison of Significant Difference and Variability of Corm and Cormel Mass and Numbers among Three Types of Cultivar Population of Taro with Numerous Cormels

摘要 多子芋3个品种群在水旱生态环境中的栽培比较试验表明:(1)多子芋在旱生环境中的单株母芋质量、单株子芋质量、单株孙芋质量、单株子芋孙芋总质量、单个子芋平均质量、单个孙芋平均质量、单个子芋孙芋平均质量都显著地高于在水生环境中的相应值,而单株子芋数量、单株孙芋数量、单株子芋孙芋总数量、单个曾孙芋平均质量差异不显著,仅单株曾孙芋质量和单株曾孙芋数量表现为水生环境极显著地高于旱生环境。因此,多子芋以旱栽为宜。(2)在品种群间,单株球茎质量和单株球茎数量在旱生环境中的差异较小,而在水生环境中的差异较大。红紫柄品种群对水生环境的适应性最强,绿柄品种群的适应性最弱。无论是在水生环境还是在旱生环境,品种群间同级别单个球茎质量的差异都不显著。(3)品种群间单株球茎质量、单株球茎数量、品种群内单个球茎质量的变异系数在水旱生态环境中,一般都表现为曾孙芋>孙芋>子芋,水生环境>旱生环境,单株球茎质量>单株球茎数量。 The cuhivar experiment for comparison of three types of cuhivar population of taro with numerous cormels in aquatic and xeric environment was done. The result indicated that: ( 1 ) Corm mass per plant, the 1^st grade cormels mass per plant, the 2nd grade cormels mass per plant, total mass of the 1^st grade cormels and the 2^nd grade cormels per plant, the average mass of single taro of the 1^st grade cormels, the average mass of single taro of the 2^nd grade cormels, the average mass of single taro of the 1^st grade cormels and the 2^nd grade cormels in xeric environment was more significant than those in aquatic environment. But there was no significant difference between aquatic and xeric environment in such items as the 1^st, grade cormel numbers per plant, the 2^nd grade cormel numbers per plant, total numbers of the 1^st grade cormels and the 2^nd grade cormels. Only the 3^rd grade cormel mass and numbers in aquatic environment was more significant than those in xeric environment. So the taro with numerous cormels was suitablely cultivated in xeric environment. (2) The difference of corm and cormel mass and numbers among different types of cuhivar population was small in xeric environment, but those in aquatic environment was significant. The adaptability of red-purple-petiole cultivar population to aquatic environment was the strongest and the adaptability of green-petiole cuhivar population to aquatic environment was the weakest. In aquatic and xeric environment, there was no significant difference in the single corm and cormel mass of the same grade among different cuhivar population. (3) In generally, turn of variation coefficient of cormel mass per plant and cormel numbers per plant among different cuhivar population and single cormel mass in the same cuhivar population in aquatic and xeric environment was: the 3^rd grade cormel〉the 2^nd grade cormel〉the 1^st grade cormel, aquatic environment〉xeric environment and cormel mass per plant 〉 cormel numbers per plant. In aquatic and xeric environment, difference of single cormel mass among different cultivar population was not significant.
