摘要
目的制定舒筋消痛丸的质量标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法对舒筋消痛丸中的延胡索乙素进行含量测定。结果延胡索乙素在0．1065—0．8520μg的范围内有良好的线性关系，平均回收率99．83％。结论该方法稳定可靠，操作简便，可以作为控制该中药制剂的质量。
Objective method was used. Results To determine tetrahydropalmatine in Shujinxiaotong pills by HPLC. Methods HPLC There was a good linear relationship between the concentrations and peak area of tetrahydropalmatine in range of 0. 1065 - 0.8520 μg. The recovery was 99.83 % . Conclusion The method was simple, stable and reliable, which can be used to control quality of the preparation.
