絮凝与膜分离技术联用对痛安水提液的精制 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨壳聚糖絮凝作为前处理方法对痛安水提液膜分离效果的影响。方法采用正交实验设计,以青藤碱保留率以及膜污染度为指标,考察絮凝条件对膜分离效果的影响。结果采用壳聚糖絮凝的药液青藤碱保留率最高,药液膜通量最大,且对后续的膜过程污染度最小。结论采用壳聚糖絮凝作为前处理方法与膜技术联用,对痛安水提液的精制较为适宜。 Objective To investigate chitosan flocculating as pretreatment of Tong'an extract and its effect on the downstream methods of ultra-filtration membrane separation. Methods Based on the index related to the total sinomenine reserved in liquid and fouling degree of membrane, compared to other pretreatments, discuss the function of chitosan used as flocculation and the effect on membrane separation by orthogonal test. Results The reservation of the total sinomenine was best by means of chitosan flocculation and the smallest fouling degree of membrane was it too, compared to other pretreatments. Conclusion It is better to refine of Tong'an water extract by using chitosan flocculating as pretreatment methods.
