The Scientific Outlook of Development and the Growing of Deliberative Democracy of Chinese Formation

从中国形态协商民主的发展历程可以看出,建立在执政党对社会基本矛盾的判断基础上的社会发展观,对协商民主的发展空间起着决定性的作用。本文拟从科学发展的本质与核心、基本内容以及方法论三方面,论述科学发展观的提出对于中国形态协商民主发展的积极意义——拓展了协商民主的发展空间,丰富了协商民主的理论蕴涵。

From the progress of deliberative democracy of Chinese formation, the social development which was based on the ruling party＇s judgment of basic social contradiction, has a deterministic impact on the developmental space of deliberative democracy. This paper illuminates the meaning of scientific oudook of development to the development of deliberative democracy of Chinese formation in terms of its essence and key value, basic content and methodology. Concretely speaking, it broadened the developmental space and enriched the theoretical meaning of deliberative democracy.
