产科出血137例死亡原因分析

Cause of death in 137 cases of obstetric hemorrhage

目的分析产科出血死亡原因及其相关因素,以制定降低产科出血的有效措施。方法对因产科出血死亡的137例孕产妇资料结合十二表格评审方法进行死因及相关因素分析。结果孕产妇死亡与文化程度、经济收入、地域分布及产前接受保健服务程度等因素有关。结论应加强各级医院产科建设,落实孕产妇系统保健管理,提高住院分娩率,加大健康教育力度,对贫困孕产妇实行资金救助,以降低孕产妇病死率。

Objective To analyse the cause of death and related factors of obstetric hemorrhage and discuss appropriate ways to reduce the incidence of obstetric hemorrhage. Methods We analyzed the cause of death and related factors of 137 maternal death from obstetric hemorrhage on the basis of the Act 12 forms. Results The maternal death was related to such factors as education, economic income, geographical distribution and prenatal care, etc. Conclusion In order to reduce maternal death, it is essential to consolidate the construction of obstetric departments at different levels, implement systemical health maintenance, increase childbirth ratio in hospital ,strengthen health propaganda and provide financial assistance to the poor maternals.
