术前心理治疗在牙拔除术中的应用

Application of psychological treatment to tooth extraction

目的探讨术前心理治疗在牙拔除术中的应用价值。方法将472例拔牙患者随机分为心理治疗组及对照组,每组各236例。心理治疗组在拔牙术前采用心理暗示干预的方法,对照组未给予任何暗示,按照镇定型、紧张型及混合型三个等级统计数据,进行对比研究。结果心理治疗组的镇定型率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),紧张型率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牙拔除术前应用心理治疗可明显降低患者的恐惧心理,有利于手术安全、顺利进行,有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the role of psychological treatment in tooth extraction. Methods 472 patients who received tooth extraction were randomly divided into psychological treatment group and control group. Each group had 236 cases. The psychological treatment group was received psychological suggestion before tooth extraction, and the control group was not given any suggestion. The results were classified into three types, calm, tension, and mixed types. Results The rate of calm type in the psychological treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group （P〈0. 01）, while the tension type was obviously lower than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological therapy has certain applicable value in tooth extraction. It can depress the degree of patient＇s dread obviously and guarantee the surgery to be carried out smoothly.
