聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸共聚微凝胶荧光材料的合成与表征

The Preparation and Characterization of Fluorescent Materials Based on Copolymer Microgel

摘要 本文用乳液聚合法合成了聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸P(NIPAM-co-AAc)共聚微凝胶,及其与Tb(Ⅲ)离子、α-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮(HTTA)的二元和三元配合物。用透射电镜、Zeta电位、紫外光谱、红外光谱、荧光光谱进行了表征。结果表明,微凝胶粒径为400nm;Tb(Ⅲ)与微凝胶、HTTA之间以配位作用为主;微凝胶、HTTA和Tb(Ⅲ)之间能进行有效的能量传递。配合物的最佳激发波长为316nm,在此激发波长下Tb(Ⅲ)有荧光特征发射。 The N-isopropylacrylamide and acrylic acid copolymer microgel wasprepared by emulsion polymerization. The binary and ternary complex of microgel containing terbium ( Ⅲ ) ion and thenoyltrifluoroacetone ligands was also prepared and characterized by Transmission Electron Micrography (TEM), Zeta potential, UV spectrum, Fourier transform infrared transmission spectrum (FT-IR) and Fluorescence spectrum. The experimental results of TEM showed that the particle radium have no remarkable change after the terbium ( Ⅲ ) ion adding into copolymcr microgels. That is to say. there is no emergence of size effection although we desired. The Zeta potential, UV, and IR results suggested that there exist coordination action between the copolymer microgel and terbium( Ⅲ ) ion and thenoyltrifluoroacetone in the complex. The fluorescence emission spcctra of the binary and ternary complex showed intensive characteristic emissions of terbium ( Ⅲ ), indicating that there exists effective energy transfer behavior between terbium ( Ⅲ ) ion and copolymer microgel and thenoyltrifluoroacetone ligands. So the complex Was potential luminescent materials in respect that not only it could emit intensive monochromatic light excited by UV light, but also it has stable chemical characters.
