摘要
"律师"是现代汉语中的一个常用名词。据目前材料来看,"律师"一词最早出现于佛经中,是一个意译词,与现代的"律师"风马牛不相及。近代,随着法制观念传入,出现了许多与法律有关的外来词,现代意义上的"律师"就是其中之一,如何意译它,还经过了一番选择。
Abstract Lushi（律师） is a daily word which first appeared in Sutras. As a translation word, it has nothing to do with “law”. Then,with the concept of the rule of law spreading into China, a lot of foreign words related to legal system appear, lushi（律师） is one of them and how to translate it also go through some choices.
