骨质疏松症患者延误就医原因的质性研究

Qualitative research on the reason of delaying to seek treatment for patients with osteoporosis

目的探讨影响骨质疏松症患者及时就医的因素,旨在为减少患者延误就医的健康教育提供依据。方法采用质性研究方法,对骨质疏松症引起骨折的患者进行深入访谈。采用类属分析法形成主题。结果影响骨质疏松症患者就医决策四大主题:关心健康但认识不足,缺乏早期检测的知识,心理因素,环境-社会因素。结论为减少骨质疏松症患者延误就医,应在认知、早期检测知识、心理和环境-社会因素这一系统框架的指导下,给予个体有针对性的健康教育。

Objective To analyze the factors influencing patients with osteoporosis to seek treatment at time in order to provide an evidence for health education to reduce the postponement of seeking treatment. Method In-depth interview the patients with fracture caused by osteoporosis by qualitative research. The theme are formed by category analysis. Result There are four factors influencing the hospitalizing decision for patients with osteoporosis： caring about health but the recognition is not enough, lacking the knowledge of early detection, psychological factors and surroundings-social factors. Conclusion One should reduce patients＇ postponement of hospitalization under the guidance of this frame system： recognition, knowledge of early detection, paychological and surroundings-social in order to provide corresponding health education for individuals.
