关于加强商业性地质工作的几点建议

随着国务院关于加强地质工作决定的出台,商业地质已在地质领域占有相当比重的份额。但由于商业性地质工作存在的体制不健全、功能不强,甚至具体运作无章可循等问题,商业性地质的管理工作已引起业内各方的关注。应从以下方面入手加强商业性地质工作:①加大风险勘查资金投入;②改善投资环境;③要求公益性地质工作切实为商业性地质工作服务;④支持地勘单位企业组建勘查开发公司,促进"引进来"和"走出去"战略的实施;⑤明确商业性地质工作的行业管理问题。

Along with the promulgating of ' Decision on Strengthening Geological Work of the State Council',commercial geological work has already occupied obvious portion in the field of geology.But in commercial geological work exist some problems,such as its operating system and law and regulations system is not perfect and etc,these problems attract attention from society.The paper suggests that the government should take next measures for strengthening commercial geological work: make more investment in risk prospecting;improve investment environment;public geological work provides more service for commercial geological work;provide support for geological and prospecting enterprises to form prospecting and developing corporation in order to promote implementing the strategy of mineral investigation outside China etc.
