腹腔镜在结肠直肠肿瘤手术中的应用

Clinical application of laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal carcinomas

目的探讨腹腔镜在结肠直肠肿瘤治疗中的应用。方法回顾性分析我院2003年8月～2007年8月行腹腔镜下结肠直肠肿瘤治疗52例的临床资料。结果本组无手术死亡病例。腹腔镜手术时间为150～250min,平均190min。淋巴结切除数10～36个。术后72h病人均恢复胃肠功能。结论腹腔镜下结肠直肠肿瘤手术安全可行,但要掌握好腹腔镜的操作技巧及手术指征。

Objective To evaluate the effects of laparoscopic colorectomy in the treatment of colorectal carcinomas. Methods The data of 52 cases of colorectal carcinomas undergoing laparoseopic colorectal surgery from August 2003 to August 2007 were reviewed retrospectively. Results No patients died in this group. The average operative time was 190（150-250）min. The number of lymph nodes excised was 10-36. The time of bowel function recovery was 72 h after operation. Conclusion The laparoscopic operation to colorectal neoplasms is both feasible and safe.
