困挠经理人的很多问题常常是因为他们太急于解决问题,反而因为他们的'解决'而问题重重。有些问题是不能也无需根本解决的。面对它们,我们该做的是如何掌控问题,以一种适当的理智和情感在问题中游刃有余,借力打力。
Many problems that disturb managers are raised due to the fact that they are too urgent to solve problems. Actually, some problems are unable and unnecessary to be solved. Face up to these problems, managers should learn to live up with paradox, and then manage them with high intelligent intelligence and emotional intelligence.
