摘要
为了保证企业产品设计的有效性、导向性和系统性,小商品生产企业的设计活动需要依靠有效的设计管理。在对小商品生产企业的特点及企业设计管理存在的问题进行分析后,提出形成设计战略管理、设计组织管理和设计项目管理三层面的半开放式设计管理模式,并探讨该模式的后续研究方向。
The restrictions of commodity production enterprises in China due to the phase and the scale of development make them difficult to become stronger. Brand strategy with the product's innovative design is an important way for the development of enterprises. The effective design management can ensure the effectiveness, direction and system of product design. Based on the analysis of the definition of small commodities production and the status of design management in enterprise, the paper gives the definition of design management of commodity production enterprise and the semi-open design management mode which is oriented torward market,enterprises and designers, while the direction for future study is also formed.
