摘要
盾构施工注浆效果好坏关系到其对周围及上方建(构)筑物的破坏程度,但现在对于注浆效果的检测还是停留在纯粹对于泥浆本身的物理性质、化学性质及力学性质的检测上,并没有综合考虑施工工况。如果进行现场检验则成本较大,一般不能实施。文章介绍了一种模型试验的方法可以直观地检测不同泥浆、不同注浆压力、不同注浆量引起的地表沉降的程度,以及泥浆对塌孔的控制状况,进而能有效地指导施工。
In shield construction the grouting effect directly affects the destroyable degree of the structures and buildings on the ground. Now the testing on the grouting effect is limited only in respect to the physical properties, chemical properties and mechanical properties of the slurry itself with consideration of the construction conditions. The construction-site test is difficult to be put into practice, due to its hlgh cost. This paper introduces a model test which can be used to determine the effect in controlling the suface displacement under different conditions and the sta- tus of controlling on collapse of tunnel hole, and thus to guide the construction effectively.
