摘要
在分析盾构隧道盾尾同步注浆的作用机理的基础上,采用理论分析及计算的方法,重点对同步注浆的注浆压力和注浆量进行了分析和研究。获得了在三个主要影响因素下注浆压力的确定方法,注浆量与注浆填充率、推进速度的关系,及注浆压力及注浆量的量化方法。
Based on the analysis of the mechanism of synchronous grouting in shield tunneling, the grouting pressure and grouting volume are studied by the methods of theoretic analysis and calculation. Through the studies, the method of determining grouting pressure under three key factors, that is, the relationship between grouting volume, filling ratio and advance speed, and the quantitative method for grouting pressure and grouting volume are gained.
