盾构隧道通缝拼装管片错台的监测研究 被引量:12

摘要 随着盾构法隧道施工技术的发展和众多问题的解决,管片错台引起的管片开裂、拼装困难和防水隐患等问题对施工和运营的影响日益凸显。以上海轨道交通二号线西延段盾构隧道工程为背景,对盾构推进过程中管片错台进行现场监测,并对监测数据进行了计算、作图和比较分析,进而得到错台发生和发展规律,以及错台和顶力等因素之间的关系,为消除盾构隧道管片在推进过程中的错台,确保施工精度,提高工程质量提供了依据。 With the development of shield tunnel teehnique and solution of some problems, the problems sueh as segment eraek, diffieulty in eonneetion, and waterproof trouble are beeoming more serious and obvious. These problems may impact the construction and its application directly. This paper is based on the shield tunnel project in the west line of the Rail Traffie Line NO. 2 in Shanghai, and the dislocation of the shield segments in the jacking process is surveyed on the spot. After the surveying, calculation of the surveying data, drawing figures and data comparison, some regularity and eharaeters of the segment dislocation are worked out, including the relationship between them and the related factors sueh as jaeking force. So this paper may provide some hales to avoid shield segment dislocation in the jacking process, ensuring the constructing precision and improving the construction quality.
