摘要
文章调研了美国、加拿大、英国、德国、澳大利亚等国家的文献传递服务中的版权解决方案，介绍了国际组织关于这一问题的立场。根据文献传递过程中的知识产权风险，为我国的文献传递版权问题的解决提出了建议。
This paper investigates the document delivery copyright practices in the U.S., Canada, U.K, German and Australia, introduces some international organizations＇ position on the topics. Based on the intellectual property risk in the procession of document delivery, it puts some measures for circumventing the possible infringement.
