开化市肺吸虫病流行病学调查

Epideminlogical investigation of paragoulmiasis in Quzhou City

调查了衢州市开化县肺吸虫病的现况。第二中间宿主溪蟹肺吸虫囊蚴感染率为6.82%,人群血清肺吸虫抗体阳性率为5.69%,人群溪蟹生食率为28.41%。提示衢州市存在肺吸虫病疫源地,流行区人群中可能有隐性感染或近期感染病例,且肺吸虫感染与生食溪蟹密切相关。

The current situation of paragonimasis was investigated in Kaihua of Quzhou. The result showed that the in fectiosity of crab which considered as second intermediate host was 6.82%; The infection rate of inhabitants was 5.69% and the rate of ingest undercooked crab was 28.41%. It is concluded that the focus of paragonimasis infection existed in Quzhou where invisible infection or recently infection was prevalent. Ingest undercooked crab was significantly associated with paragonimasis.
