摘要
目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病患者的影响。方法对已在社区卫生服务站建立健康档案的67例糖尿病患者进行糖尿病相关知识的健康教育,并对其用药、饮食、运动、监测、心理等进行干预,进行健康生活方式的指导。结果实施护理干预后,患者的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖平均值明显下降(p<0.01);服药的依从性明显提高(p<0.01);不良生活方式也得到改变(p<0.01)。结论对社区糖尿病患者的护理干预是控制和防治糖尿病的有效方法。
Objective：To study the effects of nursing interference on Diabbetes patients.Methods：67 cases of Diabetes patients who have health files in the community health service station have been taught the health knowledge relevant to Diabetes and interfered in the way of taking medicine,diet,sports,monitoting, and psychology,being instucted to lead a healthy life-style,Results：After being given nursing interference, the patients＇ before meal blood sugar and 2 honrs of postpreadial blood sugar have obviously fallen averagely,with the obedience of taking medicine and bad life-styles evidently improved.Conelusion：Nursing interference with Diabetes patients of the community is an effective approach to control,and prevent and treat Diabetes
