摘要
皮肤镜技术是一种在体观察皮肤表面下部微细结构的非创伤技术，可以提高诊断色素性疾病的准确性。由于皮肤镜可以显示肉眼观察不到的血管等结构，近年来皮肤镜技术正被越来越多地应用于非色素性疾病，包括肿瘤、炎症及感染性疾病的鉴别诊断。主要介绍非色素性肿瘤以及非肿瘤性疾病在皮肤镜下的表现，评价这一技术在非色素性皮肤病中的应用。
Dermoscopy is a noninvasive diagnostic technique that permits fine visualization of morphologic structures of skin surface/n vivo, and may improve the accuracy in the diagnosis of pigmented skin lesions. As it is also helpful in observing vascular structures that are invisible to naked eyes, dermoscopy has been applied for the differential diagnosis of some nonpigmented skin disorders, including tumors, inflammatory and infectious diseases. This article describes the dermoscopic appearance of various nonpigmented tumors and nontumoral skin lesions, as well as the application of this technique in nonpigrnented skin diseases.
