摘要
Toll样受体是迄今认识的第一个通过感知微生物病原体直接作出防御反应的天然免疫识别受体。目前已发现,Toll样受体家族中的TLR1-11,它们在固有性免疫防御中起重要作用,同时也能调节适应性免疫,是连接天然免疫和适应性免疫的桥梁。Toll样受体将成为治疗痤疮、念珠菌病和尖锐湿疣等感染性疾病的新靶点。
So far, Toll-like receptors( TLRs )are considered as the first immunologic recognition receptors in innate immune system that make direct defense response by recognizing pathogenic microorganism. In TLRs family,TLR1-11 is found to be a bridge connecting innate immunity and adaptive immunity. TLRs play important roles in innate immune response. In addition, they can regulate adaptive immunity. TLRs will become new targets for the treatment of infectious diseases,such as acne, candidiasis and condyloma acuminatum.
