特应性皮炎的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 特应性皮炎,通常发生于婴幼儿期,其主要特征是皮肤瘙痒。伴随症状为哮喘,过敏性鼻炎等。在世界范围内,儿童发病率在10%~20%之间,并且具有明显的家族聚集性。近年来此病的发病率有所增加。中间丝相关蛋白是一个在表皮屏障功能中起关键作用的蛋白,研究表明,中间丝相关蛋白基因所发生的突变存在于患有寻常性鱼鳞病的欧洲家庭中,而且也是特应性皮炎一个重要的易感因素。 Atopic dermatitis (AD)commonly begins in infancy and early childhood. It is mainly characterized by itchy skin and usually accompanied by asthma and allergic rhinitis. It affects about 10% to 20% of children in the world and shows a strong familial aggregation. The incidence of AD has been increasing in recent decades. Filaggrin has proved to be a key protein in skin barrier function. Studies have shown that mutations in filaggrin gene were present in European families with ichthyosis vulgaris, and these mutations may be an important susceptible factor for atopic dermatitis.
