摘要 紫外线是一种外源性的促细胞分裂剂,对细胞有很大的损伤作用。紫外线照射使皮肤局部效应细胞,如朗格汉斯细胞、角质形成细胞、树突状细胞等不仅自身免疫学活性发生改变,还能诱导白介素类细胞因子的合成、分泌等,引起表皮微环境的改变。这些细胞因子主要有白介素-1、4.6、8、10、12、18、20,它们在整个皮肤免疫网络中发挥着重要的作用。 Ultraviolet does a great harm to cells as an external factor that causes cell division. Ultraviolet radiation not only changes the immunologic competence of local reactive cells of skin, such as Longerhans' cells, keratinocytes, dendritic cells, but also induces the synthesis and secretion of interleukins, in turn causes alteration to epidermal microenvironment. The induced cytokines mainly refer to interleukin -1, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 18 and 20 , which play a significant role in the immunological network of skin.
