国产非洛地平缓释片对原发性高血压患者血压昼夜节律的影响

摘要 目的观察国产非洛地平缓释片对原发性高血压患者血压昼夜节律的影响。方法入选原发性高血压患者60例,服用国产非洛地平缓释片。治疗期间根据血压水平调整药物剂量2.5~10.0mg,每日1次口服。服药前及治疗8周后行24h动态血压监测,将全天24h按照6:00—11:59、12:00—17:59、18:00—23:59、0:00~5:59分为4个时间段,分析原发性高血压患者药物治疗前后血压的时间生物学特征变化;同时对药物治疗前后6:00—11:59时间段血压水平与其他时间段血压水平进行分析比较。结果原发性高血压患者药物治疗后较治疗前收缩压(SBP)与舒张压(DBP)均明显降低[(141.0±11.7)mmHg(1mm Hg=0.133kPa)比(125.3±5.8)mmHg和(87.4±8.6)mm Hg比(78.5±3.6)mm Hg],SBP波动幅度明显下降,差异均有统计学意义。原发性高血压患者药物治疗前6.00—11:59时间段血压较0:00—5:59时间段明显升高,差异有统计学意义。治疗后6:00—11:59时间段血压与其他各时间段血压水平比较差异均无统计学意义。结论国产非洛地平缓释片可有效地平稳降压,是一种较为理想的降压药物。 Objective To observe the effect of felodipine sustained-release tablets in patients with primary hypertension. Methods Sixty pat/ents with primary hypertension took 2.5-10.0 mg felodipine sustained-release tablets once a day. Twenty-four hours blood pressure before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment was monitored and the characteristics of circadian rhythm was analyzed. Results There was significant depression in systolic and diastolic blood pressure after treatment [ ( 141.0 ± 11.7) mm Hg ( 1 mm Hg = 0. 133 kPa) vs ( 125.3 ± 5.8 ) ram Hg and ( 87.4 ± 8.6 ) mm Hg vs ( 78.5 ± 3.6 ) mm Hg ], and there was significant difference in blood pressure betwecn the stage of 6:00-11:59 and that of 0:00-5:59, but there was no significant difference among other stages. Conclusion Felodipine sustained-release tablets is an ideal ant/hypertensive agent, and it can step down blood pressure smoothly and steadily.
