镁离子对脑出血患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶浓度变化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨Mg^2+对脑出血患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)浓度变化的影响和作用。方法随机将107例脑出血患者分为两组:Mg^3+治疗组56例,非Mg^2+治疗组51例,非Mg^2+治疗组患者采用常规治疗,Mg^2+治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上,入院后立即静脉滴注25%硫酸镁20ml。两组患者分别在发病后3d内和治疗10d时采用EHSA法测定血清NSE浓度,同时分别进行神经功能缺损(NFD)评分。结果Mg^2+治疗组治疗后10d血清NSE浓度较发病3d内明显降低,差异有统计学意义。治疗后10d NFD评分较发病3d内明显下降,差异有统计学意义。结论Mg^2+治疗急性脑出血可使脑损害明显减轻。
