摘要
常染色体显性遗传夜间额叶癫痫（ADNFLE）主要累及儿童，并在成年后持续存在，以夜间丛集性发作为特点。现将我院2001年3月至2007年5月临床诊断为ADNFLE的3例患者临床资料报道如下。
