摘要
采用水相悬浮聚合法制备了接枝壳聚糖,研究了反应时间、单体用量、引发剂浓度、反应温度对接枝率的影响,红外光谱、XRD及扫描电镜分析证明了甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体成功接枝到壳聚糖分子上。研究表明,最佳反应条件:当引发体系用量为反应体系的1%,壳聚糖:甲基丙烯酸甲酯=1:4(质量比),在70反应4h后,其接枝率为46.84%,接枝效率为45.89%。
Chitosan was grafted with MMA under the water-phase grafting. The effect of reaction time, temperature, concentration of evocator and monomer on graft yield were studied. It was shown by IR spectrum and X- ray diffraction that MMA was grafted onto Chitosan. The results show that the optimum process conditions were obtained with 1% initiator and Chitosan : MMA=1:4 (mass ratio) at 70℃ for 4h.The grafting(G%)and graft efficiency(E%)were 46.84%, 45.89% under the optimum process conditions.
